      Technology Services

      Technology Services provides technology support to all members of the campus community. All campus buildings and many outdoor areas have access to the SBU wireless network.

      Email accounts are provided to all employees. You should use your SBU email account when contacting students.

        • If your students need to access library sources for your class, please consider scheduling a library instruction session for your class. Please fill out our library instruction request form when you are ready to schedule.
        • Remote access to library resources:
            • When accessing licensed content from off-campus, you will be prompted to log in.  As long as you keep your browser open, you should not have to log in a second time during your search session.
            • Your login is your SBU user name, without the @sbu.edu or @bonaventure.edu part
            • Your password is your last name.
        • Help is available through the library 24/7!

      If your classroom is locked, call Campus Safety & Security and ask for assistance.

      It is a good idea to put Campus Safety & Security into your phone's contacts for those unexpected occasions when you're locked out or need immediate assistance with something else.

      Campus Safety & Security is also where you will pick up your SBU ID card and your parking pass.

      Please note that Campus Safety does not issue office keys. Please work with your dean and administrative assistant to obtain your office key.
